We hope to educate a larger number of Hamden’s taxpayers to an awareness of the gravity of the situation and the apparent indifference of the Town’s current elected leadership to the plight of ordinary taxpayers. Once you know what we’ve learned, we hope you will feel motivated to join our fight.

The goals of HART’s agenda include:

• Renewed Transparency in Budget Processes
• Reform of Hamden’s Town Charter
• Restraint in Town & Board of Education Spending
• Equitable Relief from 2005 Revaluation
• Better Leadership & More Accountable Representation
